BMW ///M Performance Parts Race Series
Hi Race Fan

The first outing for the new NA Cup and Turbo Cup categories of the BMW ///M Performance Parts Race Series took place at Zwartkops Raceway last weekend. Anton Pommersheim elected to move to Class A in the Turbo Cup on Friday morning, which proved to be an inspired move as he took the class win from Kashen Naicker and Leon Loubser, and was given the Driver of the Day award. The full race report is online here.

In the NA Cup, Ignus du Plessis made it a clean sweep in Class C to take the championship lead from debutant Ruan van der Walt and Bernard De Gouveia.

A lack of entries has forced the postponement of the first Waterless Skidpan Challenge. The event will now take place on 13 March. Entries are open, using the same link as before.

You don't have to drive a BMW to enter the first track day of 2026. It will take place at Zwartkops Raceway on 22 February. You can enter online.

That's it for this week.
Regards,
Paul Bedford
