The past couple of weeks have been a busy time for both the BMW Car Club Gauteng and the BMW ///M Performance Parts Race Series.

The BMW ///M Performance Parts Race Series spent 7 and 8 March at Zwartkops Raceway for the second round of their 2026 championship. In the Turbo Cup, Anton Pommersheim claimed a full house with pole position and two race wins to move to the top of the championship standings. Ignus du Plessis continued his run of good form in the NA Cup to extend his lead on the championship log.

The Sunday after the Zwartkops race meeting, a group of club members made their way to BMW Bedfordview where they were able to test drive some of the latest offerings from the brand, before heading off to Cardoso Deck and Dam for lunch. We will bring you a taste of what happened in the next episode of BMW Club TV at the end of the month.
